Corolla, Outer Banks, North Carolina. Blessed enough to stay at a very well decorated and comfortable house right on the beach, with some close friends. The first two days there the water was perfect, as was the weather too. The first full day there, the water was as clear as I can ever remember Northcoast ocean being, and the sky had hardly a cloud. Our kids enjoyed the luxury of playing on the beach then returning to the house for a little more XBox with their friends. The grown-ups were able to just sit on the beach until our hearts content, or at least until the weather changed for the worse. No worries – a bad day at the beach is better than a good day anywhere else!
